Front Office Business Hours: 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, except for observed holidays. Highland Lakes Clubhouse and Lodge: Open daily (365 days a year) from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM unless otherwise noted.

Orientations for new homeowners and renters are held every Tuesday at 3:00 PM in the Clubhouse. There is paperwork that must be completed by 5:00 PM the Friday prior to Orientations to allow time for the staff to get tags and packets ready. Please come to the Clubhouse during business hours.
