Golf Cart Rules Letter A & B

To paraphrase these two rules, golf carts are intended for use on the courses only.  The owner of the golf cart bears the responsibility and liability, if any, while driving golf carts to and from the golf course and while on the courses.

All golf carts are required to be outfitted with the following equipment per the Pinellas County ordinance. Efficient brakes, reliable steering apparatus, safe tires, rearview mirror, front and rear reflective warning device, orange warning flag and a slow moving vehicle sign in the rear of the cart.
