Association Dues

 
Accounting office is open regular business hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM every day, except holidays
Association payments are due the first of the month! If there are any questions regarding payment, please contact the Accounting office at 727/784-1402 or accounting@highlandlakeshoa.com

You have three choices to make your monthly payment:

1. AUTO DEBIT PROGRAM:
The NO WORRY payment program for monthly member fees.
No need to write a check every month!
No need to mail a payment!
No need to drop off a payment!
No remembering to make a payment!
The monthly fee is deducted directly from your bank account.

2. MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO:

3. DROP OFF:
Club membership fees may be deposited in the drop box located in the Clubhouse lobby.

Please note: Your monthly dues cover the maintenance of the common area lawns, golf courses, pools, tennis courts, recreational areas and the salaries of the paid staff only.They do not cover any unit or sub-division fees, which are separate.

Each sub-division or unit has its own dues schedule to be paid according to their regulations. Some are set to cover expenses for maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, etc., in condo and villa settings. Contact your Block officers for more information.
